How to request an Online Consultation?

We are glad to process online consultation prior to your visit. In order to advise appropriate treatment, basically we require personal details, images(films) and symptoms of a patient. When we get all the information from you, will provide you with medical plan(which includes estimate treatment, duration, cost etc.) according to the doctor's opinion.

1. Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Contact number or Copy of your passport

2. Medical Conditions

   - What is your most discomforts? (exact area that you feel pain)

   - Please describe your symptoms.

   - Have you tried any treatments for your symptoms?

   - Do you have other disease? (are you taking any medication for that?)

   - Let us know if there is anything that we should know.

3. Existence of current original radiology scans (FULL scans of MRI, CT, or X-ray)
